1. “Why should I upgrade my home or business network?” Almost all new homes are wired for whole home networking. This allows us to put multiple access points around your home giving you 100% coverage at blazing fast speeds. Business clients tend to need something more stable than just wireless. Hard wired connections to office computers is more reliable and often faster than wireless in most use cases.
2. “I don’t know anything about networking, who can manage it or fix any problems that may happen?” We offer maintenance and monitoring of your network after installation is complete. If you are not comfortable or wish to manage your network, we can do it from our office for you. We often know there is a problem before you will which gives us a jump start on fixing the issue.
3. “My ISP provided equipment is slow or doesn’t work in certain parts of my house, why is this?” The equipment often supplied, usually at a cost to the customer, are a cost effective solution for your isp to get you online the quickest. What they aren’t taking into account is the size of today’s house, the amount of people using the internet at once or the area in which they are placing the router. Think of wifi as a highway – if everyone is using the same highway at the exact same time, nobody is going anywhere. This is a common problem in complexes and apartment building as there are many of the same routers all using the same lanes of highway which equals a bad experience for the customer.
